Last updated 21 June 2026
This policy explains what personal data Redeeto collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to anyone who contacts us through it.
Who we are
Redeeto provides promotion design and growth services for ecommerce and DTC brands. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at privacy@redeeto.com.
What we collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide:
- Your name
- Your work email address
- Your brand or store URL
- Any message you add
We do not ask for, or store, payment details or any special-category personal data through this site.
Why we use it
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, assess whether Redeeto is a fit for your brand, and arrange a call. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and on your consent in submitting the form. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
How it is handled
Form submissions are processed by our website host, Netlify, which captures the information you send and notifies our team. Netlify acts as our processor and may only use your data to provide that service to us. Access is limited to the Redeeto team.
Spam protection
To keep the contact form free of spam and abuse, we use automated spam filtering provided by our host, Netlify. This checks submissions but is not used to profile you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship. If we do not work together, you can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or EU, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these, email privacy@redeeto.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
